Been back and forth with live chat and got no where, my router is defective but they said they are working on a fault at the exchange but this dosent affect me as i have internet going into my openreach hub and can connect to that directly via wired connection to my pc, i requested a new router but they wont send me one, how can i go about getting a new router sent out as i believe that this is the issue as my talktalk router is just flashing orange constantly, i have tried to reset the router via pin hole at the back and have tried other cables going from openreach to talktalk router, also direct from wall socket to talktalk router, unable to get any wi-fi due to talktalk router not working.

Hi, replacement router has turnt up, I have plugged it in and all is now working fine.
Connect TV and phone to new router and works perfect
