Trying to upgrade to Fibre 150but keep getting rejected

I have been trying to upgrade to Fibre 150 since the 20th December 2023, and keep getting rejected.

I don't get an email telling me that it is rejected, nor no reason.

I have an agent trying to find out why but he can not get any answers either.

I have checked with OpenReach and there is no reason why I can not have full fibre.

I have been with Talktalk for several years and had a few issues but they have always been resolved, and I was very happy to stay with them, but now thinking of a change.

There is a open complaint on your account, so we on the community cant interfere, im sure the complaint manager will get to the cause of the problem that keeps getting the orders to fail.
