Turn off wifi optimisation

Hi,

Having read a couple of similar threads about the wifi channel changing by itself from one I have set it to deliberately in the routers admin UI, it appears I need to ask TalkTalk to turn off the remote wifi optimisation feature - I have no need for this, thanks!

Can you arrange for this please?  Thanks in advance!

I also like to turn off my router's WiFi optimisation, it is annoying.

Hi, thanks for arranging that, it appears to have worked, my WiFi channels have remained on the selected channels overnight which is when it used to switch, so all good!  Thanks again!
