I have downloaded the app and tried to set up VoIP to use my mobile phone for receiving home phone calls. But I get an error message in my account and no response to resseting the password in the app. I read in my computer magazine that talktalk hasn't enabled the system yet. If I contact the help desk they do not listen and want to run tests even though I stress there is nothing wrong with my broadband or eero router they are working ok. Help
I should also stress the phone adapter is also working ok and I can make and receive calls to the home phone.

The only other option would be to uninstall the app then re-install it
