SWITCHING TO FULL FIBRE 150 AND PORTING LANDLINE NUMBER

I presently have my Broadband and land line account with Plusnet but would like to switch to Talk Talk Full Fibre 150.

I have an existing Email account with TalkTalk.

I am having difficulty with TT about the porting of my Landline number across to VOIPfone..

Has anyone else been able to move to TT Full Fibre 150 and also get their existing TelNo. across to the VOIP provider?

Any helpful  suggestions will be gratefully received.

Best option would be to call the sales team on 03451720088 They will be able to see if its possible to transfer the number

WE did just that back in March and existing landline switch to link with Full Fibre 150 and it was straightforward.

Phone still works fine although can't say the same for the broadband.
