Glad that things seem to be sorted.  🙂

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk, I have received the new router and already replaced it. So far, so good I havet noticed disruption in connection, although I have had heavy and long work days lately.

Thank you for your support @Debbie-TalkTalk and @ferguson

🙂

Hi poontless

Sorry for the delay.

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Thanks

@ferguson thank you for your reply. I have updated my info like you have suggested. I suppose now just wait for the team to pick it up. 🙂

You may be suffering from the dread "kernel panic" bug which afflicts some of these devices. That being the case, the support team can arrange a swap out for a different router. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond when they are back online from Monday.
