Wi fi keeps dropping out turning router off for 20 mins doesn’t work, work from home so need to sort now,

Please can you also add your TalkTalk account number to your Community Profile so we can locate your details.

 

Can I just check, when the connection drops does the white light remain on the front of the router?

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
