Hello,
I currently do not have any wifi connection as my Eero app shows my wifi is offline, I have attached pictures to show the current state on my device, Please I need help urgently as i work from home and without the Wifi I'm unable to work today.

Have you tried powering down both the eero and ONT for 30 minutes?
