just keeps blinking orange

My go live was yesterday (08/06/2020) at midnight, I receive an email saying that I was live yesterday afternoon, came home and set everything up, just blinking orange !!! So I unconnected everything and thought I’d try again in the morning.... STILL just blinking orange !! 

NOW!!!! Iv got two autistic boys that have been waiting 2 weeks very impatiently too get on the internet!!! You can imagine what I’m having too deal with now as there is STILL no internet on the date I  specified to them both!!!! 

I need this sorting TODAY please...
