I have just moved house, which has given me a new account. Whenever I try to access the Dashboard from the drop down menu I get the following message.
This happens on multiple devices and after clearing the cache and history.

Hello once more.
I have just tried logging in again and it all appears to be working now.
I can get to the dashboard and it showing the correct info.

Hello again. Thank you for trying, but I have registered again and it all seems to work, but when I click to see my Dashboard I get the same error message.

Hi there. Thanks for the suggestion. I went through and re-registered. Still getting the same thing on the dashboard page.

Can you try and re-register for My Account on our website www.talktalk.co.uk/login/ using the email address they want to use.
