Since switching to Full fibre about a month ago, I can no longer access the security setting section of my account from the account dashboard. I get the following error:
We can’t connect to the server at service.talktalk.co.ukaccount.
How can I resolve this?

Hi squayle101, there' s an open incident for this issue. I've had no updates as yet, but chased this on Friday and will chase again today.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
