Address not showing in system when trying to order full fibre.

I am an existing customer so have been redirected to chat for the order process.

 

When a postcode check is performed the correct address shows but, that address does not show on the install screen the agent uses.

 

An address very similar is there but not mine and obviously I dont want to provide an incorrect address.

 

Fibre is available to the premises (I have seen the ONT)

 

I am wondering how I proceed with this?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Got it sorted now thanks, phoned the home move team and they got the order through.

What address shows?  

 

Can you add it to the private notes section of your community profile we may need to issue an ORDI request to have the address updated.
