Ever since I switched to fiber broadband, I've been unable to use AnyDesk. I've reached out to TalkTalk for technical support, but they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I've checked my account privileges, and everything seems to be in order to allow access to AnyDesk.

As ferguson advises, check scam protection is turned off in your home safe settings.
