Can I return new router and get refund?

I've just taken out a new contract with TalkTalk after previous one came to an end.  They've sent me a new router and charged me £9.95 for it.  I don't need the new router as my existing ones are working well.  Is this possible?

The router should have a returns bag with it  send it back and we will refund the charge.
