Cisco VPN AnyConnect no working

Hi,

 

Unable to sign into Cisco anyConnect VPN for over a week. Tried calling and live chat, talktalk unable to resolve. Have reset the router. No difference. HELP as live chat support been poor to date and now thinking of leaving

Hi  I have been able to log in now. Great to get this sorted  quickly once I used the community rather than the live chat

I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?

 

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?

You don't need to contact anyone, the support team will respond back here. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Just leave the router on at all times as staff will probably remotely change the firmware, @Mike1971.
