Unable to sign into Cisco anyConnect VPN for over a week. Tried calling and live chat, talktalk unable to resolve. Have reset the router. No difference. HELP as live chat support been poor to date and now thinking of leaving

I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?
Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?
