Hi,
Unable to sign into Cisco anyConnect VPN for over a week. Tried calling and live chat, talktalk unable to resolve. Have reset the router. No difference. HELP as live chat support been poor to date and now thinking of leaving

Hi I have been able to log in now. Great to get this sorted quickly once I used the community rather than the live chat

I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?
Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?

Just leave the router on at all times as staff will probably remotely change the firmware, @Mike1971.

This is a known issue, the support team here should be able to sort it out for you when they are back online tomorrow.
