Disney+ issues on FTTP

Is anyone else having any issues with Disney+ on TalkTalk. It worked perfectly for years on BT, but since moving to TT full fibre every few days I get an Error 73 - "Disney+ is only available in certain regions. Depending on where you are location, you may not be able to access Disney+"

 

Disney just tell me not to be connected to a VPN (which im not), and then say that my IP must be being detected as outside the UK - I cant seem to force an IP change by rebooting either the router or the ONT so all I can do is wait hours/days and then it works again (for a few days)

Hi

 

Some sites such as netflix, Disney etc use IP geolocation.

 

Your current IP shows correctly as UK, you can check your IP via https://whatismyipaddress.com/

 

Disney may need to update their IP info if your IP address shows correctly as UK.
