Hi JaceyBoy
Thanks for the Private Message. This fault is still with Openreach.
The WIFI optimisation is switched off for your line.

HI JaceyBoy
Apologies, I'm getting myself all confused here. Can you confirm the last 3 digits of your parents number?

Hi JaceyBoy
I'm sorry to hear this.
The line test has detected a potential fault in the area so I have passed this straight over to Openreach.
I will continue to monitor for additional updates.
Thanks

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate your parent's connection.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
