Hi

If city fibre have acknowledged an outage in the area, this will affect a number of circuits and they will be working to repair this.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi Chris, I’ve checked the box connections are all good. I’ve been speaking to tech support daily with still no resolution. I happened to run into a city fibre team outside the house this morning, they weren’t investigating my case but said that a cable had been damaged by some building work in YO31 postcode so grateful if you could add us to the list for repair!

Hi Weston2080,

Could you check that the cables are seated correctly in the ONT. If they are then I'll pass this over to our Future Fibre team for further investigation

Chris

Thanks, in that case, I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

The Ethernet light is on, I thought that you said it was off. This looks to me like a fibre fault to me. What service are you on full fibre or G.Fast?

If the other lights on the ONT are correct, that is not the fibre but an issue between the ONT & the Eero. Have you tried powering both off for at least 30 mins & if still bad, change the Ethernet cable between the two?
