I have a fiber connection with Eerio and it's constantly dropping. I can't watch TV and when I do calls the video freezes for a second every 5 minutes.
What can I do?

Thanks. I can't see any problems with the eero. Have you noticed if the lights change on the ONT when the connection appears to drop?

Several times but it keeps dropping.
I have tried all the possible settings on the app: legacy mode, turning off 5Ghz.
We had the regular Talk talk with the other modem and never had issues

Ok thanks for confirming. Have you tried powering down the ONT and the eero for a full 30 minutes and then re-tested this again?
