Current package -
FTTC landline only
FTTP FIbre 65
What's suppose to happen -
FTTC cancelling down 9th Oct
FTTP Fibre 150 going live 3rd Oct
Delivery of Amazon Eero
What has happened -
Amazon eero delivered and setup
Fibre 65 remains , speed remains and account shows Fibre 65
What's happening with the Fibre 150 3rd October go live date please?

The order is showing as complete on Fibre 150 data only.
My Account will update in time.

still showing as F65 and not F150 in my account - can anyone help please?
