I currently am on the Fibre 500 package (500 down 75 up as it was sold to me)
This is on bt openreach and i am told the only upgrade is to Fibre 900 which is 1000 down and only 112 up.
With cityfibre now available in my building is there any way to move to them as I know they offer matching upload speeds on their packages so I assume moving to them with talktalk i would be able to get 500 down 500 up? is that possible?
Thanks

Hi callumh89
I suspect the only way to switch from Openreach to City Fibre would be to cancel the line fully then reorder asking specifically for a City Fibre connection.
This will mean downtime.

If Talktalk uses CityFibre in your area, phone up or use Chat to check specific deals, @callumh89.
