Not sure where to go. TalkTalk seem to be getting harder to contact for help.
I've had my full fibre installed on the 1st August. It's a package with anytime calls.
The BT engineer installed the fibre and shot off before I could even ask questions.
I have no phone line.
I contacted TalkTalk through X (Twitter) on 1st August and they confirmed a voice adapter has been ordered for me.
It's the 9th August and still no voice adapter has been sent.
I tried sending TalkTalk another contact message on X (Twitter) and the message is failing to send.
Searched for talkTalk on Twitter and it seems the @talktalk profile has disappeared. Which is strange as they have always been very helpful through Twitter.
Are there any representatives here from TalkTalk that can help me please?
I'm trying to get my phone line sorted.

Give us a nudge on Monday and we can check for dispatch and tracking number, or we can take further action.

I can see the order placed on the 1st August, and this is just sitting there awaiting fulfilment, so looks to have not been dispatched. I'll try and place the order again and see if we can get this out to you. If this fails then we will have to place a manual order.
