I got a letter a couple of weeks ago saying about upgrading my line. The engineer come out a couple of days later and said only Openreach engineers can do the upgrade and he rang them. He said they would be in touch within 14 days and they haven't Openreach told me to contact talktalk.
I was told by a talktalk agent to try and do the upgrade again but it now says I'm unable to upgrade, I assume because my line needs to be upgraded first. I've been trying to upgrade for 2 months now. Is there anything I can do other than go elsewhere?

The next appointment is set for the 23rd of this month, have you had any missed calls from Openreach, the order shows 2 missed appointments
