Apologies for posting in here but a thread of mine started in 'Home Phone' Community section, somehow seems to have got removed from the attention of OCE's since last week.
Subject is 'Telephone Settings issues since upgrade to Full Fibre'. Issues have been ongoing since 05 September and last OCE input was on 06 September.
Could an OCE kindly look at and pick up the thread for me?

I have a feeling my thread in the 'Home Phone' section of the Community may have slipped out of the OCE queue again. Unfortunately yesterday's Telephone Settings changes kindly made by OCE Arne have now caused my Caller Display not to work. I would be grateful if an OCE could kindly look at and pick up the thread again for me. Many thanks.

Thanks for the PM, @aa2000. Sorry I have only just picked it up as I was out all morning.
I can't fathom why there's been no follow up after two re-escalations since last Friday.
I'll put the link here and try to get in touch with staff separately.
