I have just ordered again for the 11th time Fibre 500 with VOIP. No problems ordering this, someone from Fibre team says no VOIP on fibre 500, never been told this before for the 10 times, why did it let me order this if no VOIP? . I had been trying to provide my Openreach address Identifier to make sure no address issues. How do i find out if VOIP is available for my address for full fibre, as essential i keep anytime calls package. I would not have renewed fibre 65 package and gone with virgin media if i had known the total nightmare and almost a 24 hours on the phone and chat
I would have gone with virgin fibre. Big mistake renewing fibre 65 with 30mps at most

As far as I can see VoIP is available, its only not available via City Fibre at the moment , but you are on Openreach so there shouldn't be a problem.

Any information why i cannot get VOIP on a Full fibre 500? , apparently been informed but never been told before almost as plucked out of the air. I am waiting for a call today, but don't expect to actually get this
