I have internet connection and three green lights ok on my full fibre box on wall. However i am getting intermittent orange light on my router- a sagecomm fast 5464. I ran a connection test which identified a possible problem with my digital voice .i disconnected my phone from the green port and switched off my router and switched off at plug also and left for 30 minutes.
I then switched back on without the phone and does the same thing. an intermittent orange light. I put the phone back in but is no dial tone just a one long high pitched noise. I tried plugging in another phone and does the same thing.
I use as a wired connection- router to pc.
Can anyone advise?
