Hi all,
I messed up my online account password over the weekend and as a result have been locked out of my online account. I've managed to successfully reset my password but still cannot get in as access is locked. I've been trying to get through via live chat etc but it's permanently busy.
Could one of the OCE's please take a look and unlock it.

OK so you have more than one account? can you add the account number in question to your community profile in the private notes section.

Thanks for your reply. That's very strange because the email address I use correctly receives bills from TT every month. I've asked for a reminder via text but nothing as of yet, unless you could possibly PM me it? I do have more than one TT account for different properties.

The account is not showing as locked, it is registered with a different email address then the one you have used for the community are you using the correct login details.
