Wifi signal will not reach all my house after upgrade to full fibre

I Upgraded to full fibre but the one eero is not enough to reach my upstairs.. (I live in a 2 bed house with cardboard walls) So not really an upgrade..

Do I really have to go out and buy another Eero to get full coverage in my house ?

If this is my only choice which model eero do I need to link with the one I got from Talktalk

Nothing stopping you purchasing your own router to improve your WiFi or purchase additional Eero 6 Pro nodes from elsewhere.

This is getting silly now..

I cant find any help to get wifi connection throughout my house..

I cant find any way to chat to anyone..

I cant find how to purchase extra eeros if I have to 

 

This was all supposed to be an upgrade now I can only use my laptop sitting near the eero

 

Please help  even if it is a phone number to someone who can

Is your Eero downstairs located in clear space on a shelf above the floor and not behind furniture or under a TV or shelf for example.

Hi

 

You should link the same model eero to the first, but give our future fibre teams a call or chat and see what options they can offer, depending on your package, you may be able to negotiate a second eero at a reduced price, or maybe even free.
