Looking to go to full fibre... but!

I've been looking at going full fibre for a while now, but I've held back because I need that landline number for elderly relatives that rely on their landline to contact me. Is there a work around/solution to this, as all full fibre contracts mean no landline?

Thanks in advance.

Further details and a postcode checker here, @snapman:

https://new.talktalk.co.uk/broadband/fttp

Or phone 03451 720074 or 03451 720088 ( and ask for the full Fibre team)

Chat should work if you disable ad blockers, enable pops or try another browser. You should be able to just use Chat from the blue button on this page, Chat Now:

You should see a blue chat now button towards the bottom of the page here:

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/FullFibre/bd-p/FutureFibre

If you can't see it, make sure pop ups are allowed and ad blockers are disabled, or try a different browser.

No, I haven't @ferguson . I was hoping to get talktalk live chat, but I see no option to do so. How do I contact the Future Fibre team? Thanks in advance.

Not all Full Fibre contracts mean no landline. It depends at the moment on which network supplier TalkTalk are using in your area. Openreach do provide the option of a VoIP service, I know, because I have one. City Fibre are planning on doing so. Other suppliers e.g. Freedom Fibre I am not so sure. Have you been in touch with the Future Fibre team yourself to check what is actually available at your address?
