Hello,
Earlier this year I was a Shell broadband customer and was then moved over to TalkTalk. I recently tried to log in to my TalkTalk account using the email address that my bills are sent to. All I can see are previous deactivated services I’ve held with TalkTalk and not my current board and service. Can anyone tell me how I can add my current account please?
