I was talking to a member of staff earlier who said I would be receiving a new TV Box, and to call back in about 2 hours, which I am doing. I am sorry but I do not understand what I am supposed to be doing here.

just some background info, are you a new customer to TalkTalk or have you been a customer for a while ?

 

If a new customer, have your services gone live ?

 

Did you request a TV Box or have you added TV to your services recently ?
