Renewals cant be done over email, The loyalty team will call.  I would suggest that you call the loyalty team on 03451720088 to reduce your costs.

You are better using Chat or the phone number 03451 720088 to speak to the Loyalty team directly.

If an email were to come through (to your billing address) or in Offers & Upgrades in My Account, they usually automatically include a charge for TV, maybe Supersafe,  maybe Voicemail etc, so you can be far more particular dealing with Talktalk directly on the phone.

Use Chat if there's a problem hearing. @fr8ys gave you the link.

Nobody has emailed me regarding contract on primary email. And unknown numbers go unanswered due to scams. Ps just spent 30 minutes on phone to talktalk and as usual they have trouble hearing.

Hi Jillellesse1979

It was picked up on the 19th and one of our team tried to contact you with no success.

You are out of contract so call the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to see what options are available to reduce your bill

Regards

@Jillellesse1979, @fr8ys is correct that there can be penalties for changing the contract before the normal renewal period.

I can't answer with certainty (I believe it's 28 days) but there have been others on here where ismybillfair have not contacted TalkTalk and others where they have done so during mid term contract and been charged a fee as they have breached their existing contract.

The Loyalty team hold the best prices so if you are out of contract I suggest you contact them.

Try phoning 0345 172 0088
