Hi,
I have just received a new router package from TalkTalk, this appears to have come about because I have taken on a new price package before my existing one finishes in July.
I have a fully working router that is working perfectly at the moment.
My questions are do I set up the new router ? or should it be returned?

Hi,
Yes there is a returns bag with the router and I had full fibre installed last year.
Two additional questions, I notice I have been charged £9.50 for p&p will this charge be cancelled as I already have a fully functioning router?
Also should I send back any previous TT router I have had in the past ?

Yes the new router is exactly the same as the existing one, i.e Sagemcom Fast5464-2. T4/AV6/C3.
