I haven't received the return pack to send the Router! It has been months! I have received an email saying I haven't send it yet but how can I send it if I haven't received any return pack?!!

The support team here can arrange a returns bag for you, but you need to make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account.
