My old package us finishing. I have been offered exactly the same service at fixed price. But it is classed as a new package. I notice online new packages come with a £50 reward card. I was not offered one. Do I call again and point this out?

I've never been offered one!
It doesn't happen so often with straightforward renewals - usually new customers are offered it as an extra incentive. If you very nearly leave and they desperately want you to stay, they may use it as a further incentive.
But it's better, on the whole, to just phone up and try to get them to better the offer and have a steady, sensible discount, @Lizzie2024.

Sometimes it takes for ever to track the voucher down, wastes people's time and energy and spoils the enjoyment if it takes so long to get hold of it. I really wouldn't bother!
