Two weeks ago (28.07.2023) i confirm order to upgrade Fibre 65 to Full Fibre... Tomorrow 11.08.2023 i have appointment with engineer to install wire and other stuff... but router never arrived.
I see a lot of customer have this problem...
Maybe its time to make some noise about this problem in social media.

We currently only supply the wifi hub router that you are using at the moment and do not have any other models available.

I read and waited for the package. Every time I increased my connection speed I got a new router.
Its, much better if i dont must change my router.

If you have the Wifi Hub router then this will work with the FTTP connection. Were you advised that you would receive a different router?
