Hello,
I have placed an order last month to join TalkTalk from old ISP.
It’s supposed to go live tomorrow but I haven’t received any updates on my order process (I did receive the routers though)
I take it it’s a simple switch as I already have an ONT installed from previous ISP and requires no engineer(email mentioned when I placed order that I needed one)
can you check my order if possible.

My exisiting router is connected and seems to be working fine, I received an email to register but its asking for an account number which I dont have 😞

The order is progressing to go live today, have you connected the router?
You should also receive an verification email for My Account registration.

seems I don’t have an account number or phone number but I put the order number in my private notes.
I put my old phone number from my previous isp (not sure if that will help) I’m sure it’s broadband only now.
also how do I register my account has I haven’t received an account number and that, do I get that when I’m connected.

@JBlack68, complete as much information as possible in the profile area of the forum.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. Put the order number in Private Notes, at the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.
Talktalk staff need this information to identify your account.
