TP-Link Archer T3U Wireless Adaptor will not connect 5GHz

TP-Link Archer T3U Wireless Adaptor will only connect 2.4GHz on channel 11.

We have the EERO Pro 6 routers which don't appear to be able to be configured.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you look in the Eero app under radio analytics I think it is, what 5GHz channel is it using?
