I'm a long standing customerl of 18 years!!( More fool me). I got fed up of contacting chat, phone and community and treated with no respect. Sent an email to customer services and had a confirmation email saying I would hear something within 72 hours. 4 days later I haven't heard anything. Is their no customer support at talktalk, or does every department spout lies to get you off there back!!! Can someone tell me when I'll get the package and the price I agreed to on the 9th of January. I know there was a *@#][!![]'#[@#]!* up and talktalk cancelled my order but I've been told by customer services that they would honor the price on 6th Feb and I'd have to wait for my number to be ported over(7-10days) it's now been well over that. My online account shows im still on my old package and I've been paying the samethe same and I've been paying the old price. The old contract runs out on the 8th march am I going to be just cut off like I'm expecting to happen given the incompetence I've already experienced

Sorry this is ongoing.
Just to confirm The service does not get cut off at the end of the minimum term of the contract.
As there is an open complaint so we cant interfere on the community
