Yes that's right, spoke with someone on the phone last week and they said I could register online to see my account now I've agreed to stay. Guess it just needs more time?

That's correct I've had full fibre for the best part of 12 months if not a bit longer.

Account creation is relatively new, I've been live for 12 months. No idea what date TalkTalk has though.
I'll wait a few more days if you think that'll help.

Have you only recently signed up? It looks like the billing account hasn't been fully created yet, which is why My Account is not allowing you to log in.
What is you go live date?
