Hi,
I am unable to call regarding this as I am profoundly deaf, so am hoping to sort things out via this message!
I'm looking at either upgrading or changing providers as my current deal is coming to an end soon.
I'd like to up my speed from 150Mbs to either 500mb or 900mb dependant on the monthly cost, etc. I do not need a landline anymore as I'm unable to use it.
I've been very happy with TalkTalk for the two years I've been a customer, so am hoping to find out what deals are on offer.

When you log into My Account do you see anything in the offers & upgrades section ?
The only other option is to use Live Chat.

@RandyHuggins75, forum staff are not authorised to process upgrades/renewals or cancellations.
You should be able to use the Chat facility for an offer / upgrade.
You must use a phone call to cancel or to confirm switching companies to ensure that your service ends on the correct date etc.
