I have tried 3 times to upgrade from Full Fibre 150 to Fibre 500, been told a date it will go live on 3 occasions, each time it has not happened. I have been with TalkTalk a long time, my current fibre 150 is going out of contract in May, looks like i will have to keep trying until then. when may arrives i will switch broadband providers. Very Frustrating to be reassured on 3 occasions that it will definately happen this time only to be let down over and over.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate the upgrade issue for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

Now tried 4 times had it escalated, was promised this time it will happen for sure, guess what, no new router and no upgrade.
