Looks like the installation was faulty, now the box outside my house is falling off the wall and I've lost all phone and TV services, so having to use my wifi on my phone to communicate

Oh dear. Can you provide a bit more detail, maybe even include a pic of the damage? Who made the installation? If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond when they are back online from tomorrow.
