My replacement router died and I got in touch with a live agent who promised a replacement, however, he was unable to advise when the replacement will be delivered. How do I track the delivery of a replacement router?

Glad to see that. To be fair to the live agent it seems that they did place the order for you, but it took some time to work through to the delivery stage.

Thank you all very much for your help. I've just received an email from yodel advising that an order has been placed and the router will be delivered in 48hrs. Not sure what happened with the live agent who was supposed to place the order, but in any event I am very grateful for the prompt and helpful responses in this chat. I need wifi for work and my children need for school so your help is greatly appreciated🙏🙏🙏

Hi @Angelat123 did you update your profile as @Debbie-TalkTalk requested? She will then be able to give you a quick answer and check everything is going correctly. As I said earlier 48 hours but if someone pressed the wrong button, needs to be checked for you.

Hi Divsec, I spoke with the agent the day before yesterday. My issue is that I have no idea when to expect this and need it for work and my son needs for school. Hotspotting can only go so far
