upgrade access

2 engineers called to upgrade the line for Cityfibre roll out. Greenhouse on patio prevented them from accessing wire using their ladders (health & safety etc). they left and I have received another email giving a new date but the same problem remains. Has anyone else experienced similar problem? Any Solutions?

The engineers will try to find a way around, im sure the previous engineers will have filled out the relevant reports advising the new engineers of the issue.
