I am on Fibre35 , contract expires november 2024. I want to upgrade to fibre150. I want VOIP too. TT tell me that full fibre is available at my address, but is not available on my account. They say I should conact Sales to get it, and pay a disconnect fee. Anyone else had this problem ?

Currently Full Fibre is not yet available, when it does we will notify you via our marketing team.
The only upgrade is to Fibre 65.
