CALL BLOCKER FAULT

I  have a problem with my landline, signed up for call blocker and use it now and again but when my next door neighbour tried to ring me on her landline, got the message  call blocked, now i know that i have not blocked that number as i only use it to block scammers so i am at a loss why this has happened, anybody else had this problem please.

can you try the below steps. 

Removing a number from your blocked caller list

1. Dial 1 4 2 5 8
2. Enter your PIN (default is 1 2 3 4)
3. Select 2 to review your barred numbers list
4. You will now hear a list of your barred numbers. To skip to the next number, press 6 and to skip back press 4
5. When you hear the number you'd like to remove, press *

Are you using Call Safe or last number barring?

Details for unblocking on Call Safe can be found here, but if the number is not showing, if you add this to the private notes in your profile then Support Staff can look into for you
