After renewing Contract Call safe and Caller id not working. spent about 3 hours on line yesterday with the technical helpline . complete waste of time as no one can switch it on. It worked before I renewed contract. I have about another 7 days to Cancel Contract within the 14 day period, any suggestions

Thanks for your suggestion. Have been on to the Future Fibre team . They have reset it and everything is working fine.
